Summer Speed and Strength Sessions begin tomorrow morning!

Nothing beats training with teammates and getting some team chemistry started early.

1 Hour Sessions

Students MUST have a waiver form signed to participate.

Students MUST bring their own hydration container.

Mon and Weds
Session 1 – 8-9am
Session 2 – 9-10am

Tues and Thurs
Session 1 – 4-5pm
Session 2 – 5-6pm

There will also be additional information regarding the weight room and opportunities to lift tomorrow after I work out the logistics at the halftime facility.

You must have masks on when entering the school and you MUST wear even done and leaving.
